User Management

The Crystal Quality® User Management feature manages all users according to role and group. Crystal Quality’s security ensures that system functions are accessible only according to the permission granted by system administrators.

  • User/Agent

Each user may be granted access to replay recordings, evaluate calls, etc. according to the groups they belong to.

  • Group

Each user/agent belongs to a separate group according to their job and skills. You can define multiple groups independently of the actual organizational structure complexity.

  • Profiles/roles

This is a set of privileges or access rights to the system. Each user is assigned a profile. Profile changes are dynamically updated throughout your user database when profile privileges are modified.
